The baker is the heir of an expertise passed through the generations. For Denis Veyres, being a baker is a vocation. A name and a designation henceforth reserved for professionals who make their bread themselves before selling it.

Traditional French bread remains a healthy and sure product. Denis Veyres, in parallel to a galloping industrialisation, maintains traditional methods in terms of the quality of his products, his work methods, his own personal flour mixtures, his leaven recipes, the choice to bake in a wood stove dating from 1894.

He is one of those bakers who preserve the art of french traditions.
